Summary38: Refactor so that all commands are "wadf [command]"
DescriptionRefactor so that all commands are "wadf [command]", a bit like PEAR

e.g. instead of "wadf-deploy foo" it would be "wadf deploy foo".

Possible exception is wadf-httpd as that's kind of a separate thing.
