Summary | 224: Reprocessing with dependency tags doesn't process the client package - leading to possible spurious dependency warnings
Description | Wadf-reporcess with dependency tags doesn't process the client package. If the package.xml for a client had a max dependency on some library set to 0.9.99 then if that max dependency changes to 0.10.99 doing a wadf-reprocess with deptags will cause pear to issue warnings whenever you try and install the particular library (even tough the client package.xml has the right max version specified).
