Summary326: Have a way from a client to specify the min wadf version for backwards compatible
DescriptionExample: the post_deploy_cleanup_files options may not be backward compatible

wadf_min_ver = x.x.x

If it is added now it will be available for the next backwards incompatible version.

The only issue is that the logic would be different to the normal cascaded logic, as you would want to take the highest specified version as being the one used as the minimum required.
