Summary337: When dependency-tags are used any directories that are not defined in tags should be handled some how removed/warned

This is typically the case when a site is being reprocessed where it was update in a different copy, checkouts may remain even if has been released

If wadf had the ability to generate dep-tags then the checkouts from the generated deps could be compared, any svn entries not listed in the supplied deps should be flagged

it's more complicated than that as WADF does not know which directories are for checkouts, whether they are exclusively for checkouts and how subdirectories are handled etc.

SVN externals are a better solution in the general case.
